Plant-based Cuisine for a Painter’s Studio


The food philosophy of the English-language cookbook written by Helen Russell Brown and Katharina Grosse is based on vegetarian and organic food, health and seasonal products. It also encourages to avoid products wrapped in plastic and reduce the amount of waste they generate. 

The visual food photos were taken at an artist’s studio. The delicious recipes include vegetable patties, salads, soups, tofu skewers, falafel and risottos with tasty sauces and dips.
